You can look for our line of select certified organic whole-bean coffee at your local market and served at your local cafes and restaurants.

You can also visit our roastery to purchase fresh roasted organic coffee. Shearwater is open to the public Monday through Friday 10 am to 3 pm and Saturday from 11 am to 4 pm. Closed on Sunday.

Our Roastery is located at 100 Corporate Drive, Unit B106 (rear building), Trumbull, CT 06611. Please call in advance of arriving during non-public hours: 203-292-0848.
